Terms of Trade, Privacy, and Legal Notices
These Terms govern the provision of floor and wall tiling services (“Services”) by Tile Elysium Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) to clients (“Client”, “you”). By commissioning work, requesting a quote, or attending a consultation, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Tile Elysium Ltd provides professional tiling services, including floor and wall installations, bespoke mosaic designs, and associated preparation work for residential and commercial properties.
Services are delivered as professional craftsmanship. We do not provide architectural, structural, or engineering advice. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with planning or building regulations where applicable.
2. Quotations and Estimates
Quotations are based on information provided by the Client and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Changes to scope, materials, or design may result in revised pricing.
3. Booking, Site Access, and Scheduling
Appointments, site visits, and installation dates are confirmed upon quotation acceptance. Clients must provide safe, reasonable access to the property. The Company reserves the right to reschedule if site conditions are unsafe or access is restricted.
Delays caused by the Client may affect project timelines.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate measurements, drawings, and any relevant information about the site, materials, or hazards.
Clients are responsible for preparing areas for work, including clearing space, protecting flooring or furniture, and ensuring utilities are accessible if required.
5. Fees and Payment
Invoices must be paid according to the agreed terms. Late payments may incur additional charges. Work may be suspended until payment is received.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered.
6. Quality and Warranty
All work is carried out to professional standards using suitable materials. Minor variations in colour, pattern, or texture are inherent in natural materials and bespoke tiling.
We offer a workmanship guarantee of 12 months from completion. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors outside our control.
7. Liability
The Company accepts responsibility for errors or defects caused by our workmanship. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Clients should ensure appropriate insurance coverage for property or items affected during installation.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
We collect and store client information for project management, invoicing, and communications only. Personal data is kept securely and will not be shared without consent.
Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data in accordance with GDPR.
9. Communications
By providing contact details, Clients consent to communications regarding quotations, project updates, and administrative matters. Marketing communications are only sent with explicit consent.
10. Website, Cookies, and Digital Content
Any website content or images are for illustration purposes. Where cookies or analytics are used, data is solely for functional and performance purposes. Users can manage cookies through browser settings.
11. Complaints
Concerns or complaints should be raised promptly for review and resolution. We aim to address issues fairly and efficiently.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
